You will see your options during the purchase.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes. You can choose to receive a VAT receipt during checkout.

Printing Labels

Can I print labels at a Post Office counter?

No, you can't print labels at a Post Office counter. If you don't have a printer, you can request a home collection and your trusted postie will bring your labels when they collect your item.

What size label should I use?

Labels are 4” x 6” (100mm x 150mm).

You can print them on A4 paper using a regular printer. Before printing, please check your print preview to ensure the label is the correct size. You may need to adjust your printer settings for labels to be printed correctly. Cut the label to size before affixing to your item.

See our packing guide for tips.

What if I have trouble printing my label?
