Missed a Delivery?

Missed your Christmas delivery? No worries! You can:

• Request a redelivery to your address.
• Arrange to collect your item from one of our 15 locations across the Island. We’ll even send you a text when your item is ready.

Please note, we now have default collection points around Douglas: Postal Headquarters, Spar on Westmoreland Road, Spar at Port Jack, Co-Op in Crosby, and EVF Garage Laxey, EVF Garage Ramsey. Be sure to check your pick-up location on the card left by your Postie and bring your ID.

Items are available for collection only after 6pm on the day the delivery is missed. Don’t forget your ID when picking up!
